Rough translation:
“Witch of Sweets - Charlotte”
When a “Magical Girl” monster is destroyed by its own effect, you can special summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you may activate this card’s effect. Draw three cards from the top of your deck, and your opponent chooses one of them. Add that card to your hand, and return to remaining two cards to your deck. When this card is destroyed, you can add one “Egg of the Witch - Grief Seed” from your deck to your hand.
